On the outset, Bugs Lyf may look like any other ordinary puzzle
game out there. But once you dug in, the bugs will suck you in for hours of surprisingly
immersive game play.
It’s one of those games that starts quite ordinary, slowly builds up and blows you away as you progress through various levels.

The Game Play:
Click & drag a colored bug either horizontally or vertically to match up with at least two other similar colored bugs, to form a group of three or more bugs to score.
Each level demands a set of colored bugs group to be formed before the in-game time runs out to move on to next level. Also note that the player is given three lives. To many mistakes by the player in a level may result in loss of life.

Bugs of Mother Nature, each one of them unique in stature
Bugs come in various colors, sizes and characteristics –
Gleaming Bug, Crooked Bugs (Jowly, Bean, and Couch Potato), and Bug Zapper.
Gleaming Bug - is born when you form a group of five or more same colored bugs. It is certainly your best friend in Bug's Lyf. A colored Gleaming Bug can be grouped with similar colored ordinary bugs or Gleaming Bugs to earn handsome bonus points.
The Crooked Bugs and Bug Trap are like a double-edged sword, either your worst enemy or your best friend. They may seriously cripple your movement and reduce your options to form a group of similar colored bugs or earn you mega bonus points, if you manage to group them with similar colored bugs.
Crooked Jowly Bug - occupies exactly two ordinary bug slots column wise. So whenever you try to click and drag any of the bugs that present in these columns, both the columns will get dragged. A colored Crooked Jowly Bug can be grouped with similar colored ordinary bugs or Crooked Jowly Bugs to earn handsome bonus points.
Crooked Bean Bug - occupies exactly two ordinary bug slots row wise. So whenever you try to click and drag any of the bugs that present in these rows, both the rows will get dragged. A colored Crooked Bean Bug can be grouped with similar colored ordinary bugs or Crooked Bean Bugs to earn handsome bonus points.
Crooked Couch Potato Bug - occupies exactly four ordinary bug slots two row wise and two column wise. So whenever you try to
click and drag any of the bugs that present in these rows or columns, both those rows or columns will get dragged. A colored Crooked Couch Potato Bug can be grouped with
similar colored ordinary bugs or Crooked Couch Potato Bugs to earn handsome
bonus points.
Gleaming Bug - is born when you form a group of five or more same colored bugs. It is certainly your best friend in Bug's Lyf. A colored Gleaming Bug can be grouped with similar colored ordinary bugs or Gleaming Bugs to earn handsome bonus points.

Bug Zapper - will have a direction handle on its head. It will automatically switch places with an ordinary or a Gleaming Bug neighbor, who are present in direction the handle is pointed. The switching happens automatically after every single move is made by the player. They cannot switch places with a Crooked or Trapped Bug.

Verdict - 8.5/10:
Despite of scoring less than Aqua Adventure, this game surprisingly made me to play for hours together. Though its background music is not on par with Aqua Adventure, it makes up with its hidden gem of good game play, in game
visual and sound effects.
Don't get fooled, because it got low score then Aqua Adventure. This game is on par or at times deliver more fun filled game play experience than Aqua Adventure.
